SAVE THE REEF

SAVE THE REEF

February 02, 2020 2 Comments

Why it's urgent?

Close to 80% of the corals that provide structures that dissipate wave energy are dying due to different factors that can be dealt with locally and others that require international efforts:

LOCALES CAUSES:
•Diseases such as SCRTLD
•Non sustainable fishing
•Negligent urban development
•Misinformed tourism
•Intensive agriculture

EXTERNAL CAUSES:
•Rising temperatures
•Acidity
•Sargassum and lack of oxygen
•Invasive species

Join us on a creative journey along the beachfront sharing a message of love for ONE OCEAN and the importance of the CORAL REEF in our lives.
