Available Payment Methods

PayPal offers you the option for quick and secure cashless payments. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can easily create one with just a few clicks and link your bank account or credit card to it.

After setting up your account, you can make payments by entering your email address and password. PayPal will send you a payment confirmation after each purchase.

When you pay with PayPal, your order will be processed immediately.

In case of a return, the corresponding value of the items will be credited back to your PayPal account.

With Giropay, you can securely and easily pay for your products in the shopping cart. The total amount of your cart will be debited from your bank account. When you click "Pay Now" in the shopping cart, you'll be prompted to select your bank (alternatively, you can enter your bank's BIC).

Then, you will be redirected to the login page of your online bank, where you'll need to log in with your account number or your login name plus PIN. By entering your TAN (Transaction Authentication Number, sent to you by your bank), you confirm the transfer, and the payment is successfully processed.

You can pay with VISA, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards with us. Simply choose your credit card as the payment method during the checkout process.

We process credit card payments through Stripe. Stripe uses state-of-the-art encryption techniques, such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and 3D Secure, to ensure the highest level of security. All order and credit card data are transmitted only in encrypted form.

During the checkout process, along with the credit card number, the expiration date and the CVV code, a three-digit code on the back of your credit card, will be requested.

Extra protection thanks to Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode. The additional authentication makes the payment process with your credit card even safer. Before the payment is completed, an additional window opens. Now you need to enter your personal authentication code or confirm the transaction using your bank's app.

With SOFORT, you have the option to pay for your order easily and securely through a bank transfer in three steps. SOFORT acts as the interface between you and us.

Here's how SOFORT works:

1. Choose SOFORT as the payment method.
2. Select your bank account and log in to your bank using your online banking details.
3. Confirm the transaction.

When paying with SOFORT, your order will be processed immediately.

Simply choose Apple Pay as your payment method. Your billing, shipping, or contact information stored in Apple Pay will be used if you've already set them up.

For security reasons, you'll need to confirm your payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. Alternatively, you might need to confirm the payment using your iPhone or Apple Watch.

Orders paid with Apple Pay will be processed immediately.

When paying with Klarna, you have the flexibility to choose how you want to pay:

• Pay in 30 days: The invoice amount will be due after 30 days.
• Pay now: You can choose between direct debit or instant bank transfer.

With all purchases through Klarna, you are always covered by Klarna Buyer Protection.

You have the option to shop with Klarna Instalments at our store. With this, you decide each month how much you want to pay. The items will be delivered to your home before you need to make the payment. Klarna combines all your purchases into one monthly invoice.

This invoice covers all online shops where you've used Klarna Instalments. Please note that the monthly minimum installment for all purchases combined, or even for a single purchase, is always 1/24 of the total amount, but it's always at least €6.95 (as of June 2023).
