At CALA, we prioritize quality and sustainability. Cheaper boards may seem cheaper at first, but often end up as waste early on, which is both frustrating and harmful to the environment.

Each of our boards is manufactured using state-of-the-art technology and is part of a complete set that includes carefully selected, high-quality accessories. This guarantees not only optimum performance and durability, but also maximum enjoyment of your new hobby.

The weight of each board is detailed in its description. All our boards are robustly built so that two people can paddle on them without any problems. If the recommended maximum weight is exceeded, the board is still ideal for relaxed rides and fun on the water, but is no longer suitable for active tours. We have subjected our boards to an extreme load test with our van (approx. 2.5 tons) - and can confirm that they are very robust.

Stand-up paddling knows no age limits. Children often instinctively find balance and the joy of paddling, and older enthusiasts can also easily discover this wonderful hobby for themselves. Our oldest paddler, Gangerl, is already over 80 years old and still enjoys paddling to the full.

With a good level of fitness, you will find that you can master stand-up paddling (SUP) on the first day. But even if you start out as a beginner, you will quickly find confidence and enjoyment on the board after just a few tours.

No. Our boards are supplied as a complete set. This includes a travel trolley, a full carbon paddle, a repair set, a pump and a leg attachment - everything you need for your adventure on the water. If you want to take valuables or food with you safely, we recommend purchasing a drybag to keep everything dry.
