MSL fusion composite and airthight coating, MSL means to merge a second polymer layer that is core resistant in the raw material stage, completely removing manual pasting mistakes. This industrial high-tech process saves almost 2 kg and makes the boards more rigid at a lower pressure. With the generation of MSL material in use these days, our boards are more durable than ever.
We coat the thread structure in a layer of adhesive that has been especially developed to create both a seal and a bonding layer. We then, under controlled conditions, machine-laminate a layer of high-density structural PVC to this sticky layer, while completely removing the human factor involved in the traditional double-layer application.
The result is a consistent and high level cosmetic finish that has all the stiffness and strength properties of our unique manufacture techniques. And because this process is carried out in the raw material stage, the boards are now able to benefit from torsional stiffness as the material is put under tension when the board is inflated.
All our boards include the PRO TECH tensor on the bottom that covers the entire length of the board giving maximum rigidity and extra protection against any type of rocks that you may come across.
