GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

One year warranty

If CPB finds a product defective, the company’s responsibility shall be limited to its repair or replacement.

Cala Paddle Boards will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of misuse.

The warranty applies only to Cala Paddle Boards products purchased from authorized dealers and is valid for the original purchaser only. Transfer of warranty is not possible.

If we request a product to be returned for inspection, the customer must previously receive a return authorization, which he can obtain by contacting contacto@calapaddleboards.com .

If shipping products directly we recommend using a tracked/insured service.

Cala Paddle Boards assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the customer to our Warranty Department. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:

    • Damage caused by misuse, or neglect.
    • Damage caused by improper packing.
    • Normal wear and tear.
    • Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or manufacture
    • Damage Caused by excessive UV/Heat Exposure (shown by distinct yellow glue staining around seams or fading of parts such as fins and logos)
    • Damage caused by use of solvents, adhesives.
    • Damage to boards caused by non original products.

All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product that is not specifically authorized in writing by the company

Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only. If your product is covered under the extended warranty program then a maximum of one year warranty will be offered regardless of the remaining period on the original purchase.

Repaired parts will be subject to availability. We will do our best to match colours and styles but we cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact product back.
